01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document:

• "pak333" / "the Operator" / "we" / "us" — refers to the pak333 gaming platform, its owners, operators, licensees, and successors operating the website at pak333.org.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the pak333 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on pak333, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, live casino products, promotions, and ancillary features made available through pak333.
• "Funds" / "Balance" — the PKR balance held within a Player's pak333 Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and net winnings.
• "Bonus Credits" — promotional funds credited to a Player's account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as detailed in Section 6.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by the Operator's licensing obligations and anti-money laundering compliance framework.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pak333, accessing any part of the Services, or completing a pak333 Login, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the pak333 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and pak333 with respect to the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

pak333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Services following the posting of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically. The effective date displayed in the header of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

03 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use pak333, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a pak333 employee or contractor;
• You have not previously had a pak333 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order currently active on pak333;
• You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you personally;
• You are acting as principal and not as agent or representative of any other person.

pak333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pak333 will result in account suspension pending verification.

04 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pak333. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak333 Login credentials. pak333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify pak333 support immediately at support@pak333.org if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

pak333 accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. pak333 does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR transactions.

Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected, as detailed in the Cashier section of your account.

pak333 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via supported Pakistani payment methods. However, your payment service provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) may apply their own transaction charges independently of pak333, for which pak333 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (exclusive of uncleared bonus credits);
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into the same account;
• pak333 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 2 hours;
• pak333 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing time.

06 Bonus & Promotions Policy

pak333 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to PSL cricket and other sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and are to be read in conjunction with this Section 6.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all pak333 promotions:

• Bonus Credits carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Credits may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonus Credits may only be used on games or markets specified in the relevant promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified per promotion;
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared;
• pak333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus credits and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or coordinated wagering activity designed to extract value without genuine play intent;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method applies.

07 Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All casino games available on pak333 — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, and live dealer games — operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory. The house edge for each game category is disclosed within the game information panels accessible from the pak333 game library.

Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports offered on pak333, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between sportsbook rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the sportsbook rules shall prevail with respect to the specific sporting event in question.

pak333 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• There is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error at the time the bet was placed;
• The bet was placed using a system, software tool, or method not authorised by pak333;
• The outcome of the event was known or reasonably knowable to the Player at the time the bet was placed (integrity breach);
• The bet forms part of a pattern that pak333 reasonably determines to constitute arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional odds.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on pak333 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to register more than one account;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Services in an unsanctioned manner;
• Colluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials;
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs for financial gain rather than reporting them to pak333 support;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals while retaining winnings generated from the disputed deposit;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak333 support staff or other Players via any communication channel.

pak333 reserves the right to report any activity it reasonably suspects constitutes a criminal offence to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including but not limited to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) of Pakistan and financial intelligence units, as applicable.

09 Responsible Gaming

pak333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be considered a source of income. The following tools are available to all registered Players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited;
• Loss Limits — caps on the net amount a Player may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — configurable notifications alerting Players to the duration of their active session;
• Cooling-Off Period — a temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activated immediately upon request;
• Permanent Self-Exclusion — irreversible account closure for a minimum period of 5 years, available on request via support.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

pak333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• KYC documentation provided is found to be fraudulent, forged, or otherwise unsatisfactory;
• pak333 reasonably suspects the account is being used for money laundering or fraud;
• A Player has been classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) and pak333 is unable to complete enhanced due diligence to its satisfaction;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority directs pak333 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms & Conditions breach, the verified PKR balance (excluding Bonus Credits) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method within 5 business days of the closure notice, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting pak333 support. Any active Bonus Credits will be voided upon voluntary closure. Real-money balances will be disbursed to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak333 platform — including but not limited to the pak333 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak333 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak333 Services for personal entertainment purposes only. No Player shall copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on pak333 without the prior written consent of the Operator.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak333 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.

pak333's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their pak333 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak333 does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pak333 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions attributable to network failures, payment provider downtime, regulatory action, or force majeure events beyond pak333's reasonable control.

13 Privacy & Data

pak333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between pak333 and each registered Player. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

pak333 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where consent has been provided — direct marketing communications.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak333 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through pak333's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

pak333's internal complaints procedure requires Players to submit a formal written complaint to support@pak333.org before escalating any dispute to a regulatory authority or court. pak333 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and issuing a full written response within 14 calendar days.

15 Amendments

pak333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the pak333 Services after any amendment is posted constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Player does not agree with an amendment, they must immediately cease use of the Services and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10.
